How long does it take to get my order?

Since we do all orders custom, we typically have orders completed within 7-10 Business days. During the peak season (late spring, early summer) we could be upwards of 14-21 business days. We do our best to communicate timing and inform customers of any potential delays in production.

Do you ship to the United States?

At this time, we are not able to ship softwood lumber across the border into the USA.

I need my order delivered, what are my options?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $1000 (before taxes) within the Okanagan. Any orders in the lower mainland under $1000 are shipped with a flat rate. Free shipping includes delivery with a flat deck truck to be hand unloaded off the truck on site. We offer a crane truck delivery for $400 in order to keep you and delivery drivers safe from unloading orders that are too heavy to handle. 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Once you place an order online, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your purchase and estimated pick up appointment time. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be completed and ready for pick up, customer collection is Saturday's only.
